a very bad place. my room had a piece of missing window and the noice from the street was loud. bad smell. sticky floor. nobody in the morning to make breakfast (which I had paid for). I do not understand how Booked.net can still keep this in its list of hotels...I had booked for two nights but only staid one night at the end.
The bathroom facilities is very bad
They dont clean the room, the service is really bad, and it also smells really bad, the night was 75 Euro per night, you can find really good places for 90 Euros but are world of diferences
Very nice fotos on website
Dirty bathroom; noisy, not very nice smell on corridors
Fair location. Friendly staff.
The staff was very kind, but often not at the "hotel", which was more of a building w small apartments rather than a hotel. For instance, there was no one there, when I arrived (neither did they answer the phone), and I had to wait about 1 hour along w a couple I met (same situation), before we could check in. Somewhat worn-out building, and not impressive as to furniture and comfort. Wi-Fi was free as promised, but the connection was somewhat unstable.
Lots of space. Fairly quiet.
Crappy neighbourhood - not good for walking about at night. No table in room. No TV. Very plain, old, worn.
The photographs on the website
Cleanliness of the rooms, absence of staff, bathroom too small and dirty (needs reburbishing), garden view depressing, undesirable location the list goes on...
Excellent location and very friendly people
This is not a hotel, its is some sort rooming house.
I liked the price / value for money and the availability of WLAN. Also it was quiet at night.
The room smelled very smoky. The hotel is located in one of the less good areas of Brussels and the parking situation is poor.
No rooms with shower or a toilet. Lot's of dangerous people around. This is a very bad hostel rather than a hotel. The prise should be no more than 8 euro per night for the place.
Very noisy, broken toilet and poor shower facilities
Stinking, hot water in the evening after request, personell barely speak English.
I have been travelling through more than 10 countries in 5 years. This is the worst hotel I have ever been.
The description said it was a 20 minute easy walk from the city centre, when asking for directions we were told it wasn't even in Brussels but a small town just outside, we could make it to the centre in 30 mins when walking very fast. The room was dirty, sheets, towels all had marks. The man at reception was very unhelpful and the area in which the hotel is located is not very nice. Shared bathroom is not a good idea as it was dirty and the mirror was completely smashed
